We receive rave reviews from our students, vendors and concert goers throughout Europe!
This was my first trip abroad with AMA. It was an amazing experience! The directors, tour guides, our driver – all very professional, friendly and helpful. We met so many wonderful people and experienced so much. It was exhausting but fun!
A trip of a lifetime! Playing in a church built in the 1200s, with the music reverberating off of the ceilings, enveloping the entire church was magnificent! With standing room only and an audience that gave us a standing ovation. Truly amazing!!
Guided tours in each location enabled us to get to know the cities a bit. Some free time let us explore whatever we wanted. Fun group with a united purpose of making beautiful music together. Candy M
What a a joy, connecting with a whole new community of musicians and audiences — and seeing parts of the world I’ve never seen! I enjoyed the array of cultural experiences, the food, and most of all the human and musical connections I made on this trip!
These trips are a great opportunity to meet other musicians, visit other countries and tour cultural sites. I’ve been on all three adult tours that have been offered and have had a great time and made lots of new friends!
AMA… it’s like going to a music camp with a big bonus: beautiful Europe. Lots of friends with common interests: music and traveling . Fun, fun, fun !
First time AMA Music tour participant and first time to Europe – what a fantastic way to be introduced to Europe! Got to sample three beautiful countries (Netherlands, Belgium, France) and made many new friends, both from the tour and from the local community. The program was very well run – a good travel pace for adults. The tour was an absolute blast!
Traveling with American Music Abroad was an amazing experience. I loved meeting new people, making music together, and creating friendships. Performing in a variety of beautiful venues including outdoor performances was an unforgettable experience and a wonderful way to share our love of music.
One of the most rewarding parts of the tour was bringing joy to the communities where we performed, especially for those who may not have many opportunities to experience live concerts. Seeing the smiles, hearing the applause, and knowing that our music touched people’s lives was incredibly moving. It was a powerful reminder that music is a universal language that can bring comfort, connection, and happiness across cultures and generations.
Beyond the music, I loved experiencing the unique culture, history, and beauty of each destination.
I returned home with wonderful memories, and a deeper appreciation for the power of music to bring people together across cultures.

I had an amazing experience! I appreciate all of the hard work that everyone puts into this organization and the tours. I am grateful that this exists for adults to continue enjoying sharing their love of music with others, and the world. I especially benefited from having various music educators/conductors instructing us during rehearsals. It made me think differently about how I play/approach music. I will be better musician because of it! I would love to join another tour in the future! Thank you!
